Reflection 2 based on STARR reflection model

• Situation
  
  Me and my teammates decided to do a webinar on 29 May 2021 regarding way to make a soap from used cooking oil.

• Task
  
  I was assigned to create a survey using Google forms on the committee's interest to join the webinar.

• Action
  
  I referred to few surveys that related to the interest to join webinar. I also searched for survey questions examples. After I had done constructing the survey questions, I shared the link with my teammates. We started sharing the link to our social media.

• Result
  
  After few days, I checked the survey's responses. However, there are no response from the committee. Even after a week of promotion, our survey still did not get any response.

• Reflection
  
  When working with the survey, I learnt how to use Google forms. I also learnt that I need to improve my technique in constructing the survey. Therefore, next time, I will read and gather more information on how to design survey effectively so that it can catch our target's attention. I also learnt to improve our social media engagement in order to reach our target group. Even though our survey did not received any response, my group member and I still stick with our plan to organize a webinar. Since the date of webinar is approaching, we are now busy preparing for the program. I sometime feel stressed out, because we still cannot find experienced speaker for the webinar but we will try our best to invite a speaker for the program later. Besides that, my group member and I also did our reading in making soap from used cooking oil to enhance our knowledge and get ready for the webinar, in case there may be question from the participants.
