Reflection 3 based on STARR reflection model
- SituationOur group, Eco Maniac held a webinar on 5 June 2021 that focused on repurposing used cooking oil into soap.
- TasksI had responsibilities in managing the event , where I was the Google Meet host and in charge of the event media.
- ActionsI studied thoroughly how do I record the meeting using Google Meet recorder. Besides, before the webinar, I edited the poster for promotion and webinar opening slide, in which the slide was made to be presented while waiting the participants the enter the meeting.
- ResultsMe and my group members spread the poster to promote our event. During the webinar, I put the Youtube window on the webinar opening slide and played several songs to entertain the participants so that they did not get bored while waiting for the other participants to enter the meeting. Besides, I was able to record the meeting after studied the way to record the meeting on Google.

- What is the most valuable experience during your SULAM Project?
Apart from managing media for the event, I also manage our Tiktok account. So far, I am satisfied with my roles as I learnt a lot from it. I learnt how to use Tiktok since I did not know how to use Tiktok before. During the planning and hosting the webinar, I also learnt how to manage the event so that it can run smoothly as planned.
Our SULAM project was implemented just like how planned before. However, my group and I encounter some challenges, especially when we conducted a survey to find out the community interest to join the webinar, there are no response at all. At that time, we felt so down till we wanted to change our plan from organizing a webinar to organizing a quiz as the project implementation. But, after consulting with Dr Rafeah, we continue with hosting the webinar as she told us to try first. Surprisingly, we managed to attract 95 peoples to join our webinar after many promotions done via our social medias. This made us shocked but happy at the same time.
Another challenges was when we tested the link used for the webinar. When we find out that there are no recording button and the free Google Meet meeting time is limited to 60 minutes only while our meeting duration, according to the program tentative was up to 2 hours. Therefore, I searched on Google how to solve these problems and found one way. Somehow, the recording did not record the entire screen, but only record the video of speakers. Thus, we decided to let Shamira recorded the whole meeting using Xbox recorder.

If we proceed with implementing quiz as our SULAM project, we might not get as much participations as we do for the webinar. Even though, organizing a quiz is easier than organizing a webinar.
If possible, I would love to handle SULAM project with the community face-to-face, since we can demonstrate and guide the community on how to make soap from used cooking oil. Besides, we can use hands on practice to the community for the soap making. I think that it would be fun and easier to communicate with the community when the project is done face-to-face rather than online.

After completing our SULAM project implementation, I can say that it feels like 'one of our burdens has been lifted'. I am so happy and glad to complete the SULAM project. I hope that the experience that I gained from implementing this SULAM project can be used in the future.
The positive impact that we received from this project is that it is well received by the community. Most of the participants feel satisfied with our project and some requests that we organize more event like this. This shows that our community care about the environment and would love to know more about waste management.
The most valuable experience during our SULAM project is that my group and I went all out in order to promote this webinar. Besides, my friends and my course mate also supporting us by promoting and joining our webinar. In addition, the participants also interact with us during the webinar which made us very happy. The experience that I cannot forget is the experience of handling official event like our SULAM project.
